The Silverton Foundation, a nonprofit organization created by Silverton Mortgage in 2012, announces its 11th Annual Chip In For A Cause Golf Tournament, taking place on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at The River Club in Suwanee, Ga. This flagship event continues a decade-long tradition of raising vital funds to assist families with critically ill children by providing mortgage and rent assistance.
Foursomes are available for $285 per golfer, twosomes are available for $300 per golfer and individual golfer registration is available for $325. Each golfer’s registration includes breakfast, a boxed lunch, curated gift items and access to the awards reception with food. Players can add on the Golfer Package (valued over $200), which includes two mulligans, one 5-card poker hand, one tee buster and one raffle ticket ($100+ prize). The package can be added online when registering.
Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m., followed by a 10 a.m. shotgun start. Sponsorship opportunities are also available, with options to support the event while gaining visibility among participants and community partners. All proceeds directly support families in need.
Donations may be tax-deductible as permitted by law.
The Silverton Foundation is a non-profit organization with a mission to provide mortgage and rent assistance to families with critically ill children to reduce financial and emotional burdens and allow parents to focus on their child’s health. Because of the efforts of The Silverton Foundation, when a child finishes medical treatment, their home will be waiting for them.
The organization currently supports 29 hospitals and healthcare organizations throughout the United States. To date, the Silverton Foundation has provided more than 200 years of rent and mortgage assistant to families..
