In Chile’s Maipo Valley, often called the “Bordeaux of South America.” Cousiño Macul, one of Chile’s oldest family-owned wineries, the wine brings its legacy of bold, expressive Cabernet Sauvignons and a winemaking tradition dating back to 1856. Each glass reflects the soul of the Maipo Valley, offering a taste of history and craftsmanship that has defined Chilean wine for generations. The evening begins with a lively welcome reception, followed by a three-course dinner expertly paired with selections from the featured winery and finished with a decadent dessert. The events run from 6:30 to 9 p.m., and overnight accommodations are available for those who wish to extend their escape.
