Discover how easy and exciting cooking can be as you learn to create a comforting, flavor‐packed meal inspired by bold Latin spices and seasonings. In this hands‐on class, you’ll master time‐saving kitchen tools while preparing three unforgettable dishes: a velvety Creamy Cauliflower Soup, a vibrant Charred Asparagus–Carrot Salad, and irresistible Spicy Latin Meatballs with chimichurri.
Come hungry and leave confident—you’re about to cook like a pro at home!
Class is for ages 16+. Students work in pairs – sign up with a friend! Please register by February 17th.
