Lutie’s Garden Restaurant is excited to welcome Chef James Yeun Leong Parry, founder of San Francisco based Chinese pop-up The Happy Crane, to Commodore Perry Estate for an unveiling of techniques of a timeless dish on March 17. This event will include a demonstration led by Chef James with light bites and wine. With Chef James guiding guests through each step of crafting handmade noodles, guests can experience the mending of simple ingredients and a feeling of tradition, family and comfort. Join us for a night of learning new skills with a cocktail in hand while hearing about the rich history of Chinese cuisines. Tickets are $125 per person and are available to purchase.
