Chef Dinner with Mägo Restaurant and Manzú
Chef Pedro Cajas and Chef Mark from Mägo will work together to create a unique multi-course dining experience focusing on seafood from the Pacific and the unique ingredients from Costa Rica’s famed Nicoya Peninsula, one of the world’s five Blue Zones.
This intimate evening showcases sophisticated Central American flavors and techniques, bringing tropical innovation to Oakland's fine dining scene. Discover the refined side of Costa Rican cuisine through expertly crafted dishes that honor tradition while embracing modern technique. We will be offering a variety of beverages utilizing Costa Rican spirits that can be purchased a la carte or part of our optional beverage pairing.
