Charcuterie Workshop + Wine Tasting
Join us for an evening of charcuterie and wine!
Co-hosted by Grandview Vineyard, KelSas Sweet Box invites you to a fun and interactive workshop where you’ll learn how to curate a beautiful 10-inch charcuterie platter. Led by Sasha and Kelly, co-owners of KelSas Sweet Box, this hands-on experience will walk you through creative cheese-cutting techniques, how to craft the ever-popular salami roses and rivers, and tips for building a well-balanced and visually stunning board.
Your personalized platter will be filled with a delicious assortment of cheeses, cured meats, fresh and dried fruits, nuts, spreads, and seasonal garnishes, beautifully arranged and ready to enjoy!
Tickets are $85 and include:
• A wine tasting flight provided by Grandview Vineyard
• All ingredients and materials to build your own charcuterie platter
• Samples throughout the workshop
• A to-go box so you can enjoy at home.
• 90 minutes of hands-on instruction with Sasha and Kelly of KelSas Sweet Box
