Champagne & Calligraphy Class
Please join us for an evening of elegance and artistry with calligraphy instructor France Loy as she instructs us in "Modern Calligraphy" using both pointed pen and brush tools.
No experience necessary - this class is perfect for beginners looking to learn a new skill, or seasoned calligraphers wanting to refine their technique in a fun and social setting.
Here's what you can expect:
Sip & Socialize: Enjoy some bubbly and light bites while mingling with fellow creatives.
Master the Basics: Our expert instructor will guide you through the fundamentals of modern calligraphy including pen handling, basic strokes, and letter formation.
Find Your Style: Experiment with different nibs, inks, brushes and papers to discover your unique calligraphic voice.
Create & Celebrate: Craft personalized cards, gift tags, or even a beautiful quote to frame and take home.
We provide all the materials, including:
Take-Home Tools: Calligraphy pen and nibs as well as two brushes, ink, and learning materials
High-quality inks and paper
Practice sheets and project inspiration
Champagne (or sparkling cider) and light refreshments during the event

The class is 2 to 2.5 hours and located at our shop in Rockaway Beach in Pacifica.
