Chadash Dance presents What You Make of It
What You Make of It is based on the idea that the next generations are inheriting a world that sometimes feels dark and broken and are dealing with issues like disconnection, fear of missing out which leads to overextended lives, and hopelessness. Our story invites the audience to consider looking at life differently- to be the change we want to see in the world and to discover that we can shift our mindset from “it is what it is” to “it is what you make of it.” With thought provoking choreography performed by the prodigious dancers of Colorado Dance Initiative and the professional dancers of Chadash Contemporary Dance Movement, this show will be a powerful reminder of the power we have to create a different future, one with hope. In the end, each of us will be remembered for what we made with what we were given.
