07/12/2022 06:30 PM 07/12/2022 09:00 PM America/Boise CERT Training. You can be prepared. Starts July 12. Register on Eventbrite - CERT FS 59 Specially trained LAFD Firefighters teach the classes. The classes are fun and useful. You gain skills that help your family and neighbors survive in an emergency such as fires or earthquakes. At graduation, you will receive a certificate from LAFD that you have gone through the training. CERT graduates are then eligible to join the CERT Call Out Team. CERT Call Out assists firefighters while fighting fires, provides safety during community events, and provides fire surveillance among other activities. You must register on Eventbrite to attend.
