The Napa Valley Wine Train’s cozy Thanksgiving menu features a delicious menu starting with Carrot Ginger Soup with Crème Fraiche, followed by Roasted Diestel Farms turkey with Spanish Chorizo and Herb Stuffing, all prepared to order on the train by Executive Chef Rodrigo Cuadra.
