Casa Chi’s Handmade Peruvian Guacamole is freshly constructed and served tableside in its shell, showcasing bold flavors of aji amarillo, red onion, Yuzu, lime, cilantro, and tomato, finished with a sprinkle of crunchy pomegranate seeds for a vibrant pop. Guests can enjoy it as is, or elevate the experience with their choice of topping: Peruvian-style chicharron or shrimp ceviche.
