Celebrate Mother’s Day at The Chicago Firehouse Restaurant!
On Sunday, May 11th, The Chicago Firehouse Restaurant will offer a special Mother’s Day Menu to celebrate the holiday for just $75 a person. Specialty first courses include the Signature Lobster Bisque, Whipped Homemade Ricotta with toasted focaccia, hot honey, and Michigan sour cherry mostarda. Main courses include delectables like the Sautéed Alaskan Halibut with braised artichokes, spring beans, and basil pistou, along with the Roasted Berkshire Pork Loin with cipollini onion agrodolce, asiago cream polenta, and balsamico. Additionally, Family Style Complements will be available, including the Roasted Garlic Whipped Potatoes, Macaroni & Cheese with cavatappi and four cheese mornay sauce, and smoked bacon and dried cherry vinaigrette Brussel Sprouts complete with sharable mini desserts and sweet platters for the table.
