Catalyst Crafted Ales Introduces Weekend Brunch SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS

Catalyst Craft Ales is pleased to announce a brunch collaboration with S.A.L.T., now available on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Brunch specials by S.A.L.T. include: Green or Red Chilaquiles with cheese and refried pinto beans, $13 Additions include egg for .99 cents; shrimp for $4; or chicken, asada, discada or pork for $3 each Pozole with diced pork and hominy, topped with cabbage and radish, $11 Birria served with three corn tortillas, $13 Quesabirria — three corn quesabirria served with four ounces of birria broth, $13 Bk Burritos, $11 each — Egg and chorizo Egg, potato and bacon Egg, potato and chorizo Egg and bacon During brunch, diners can sip refreshing mimosa seltzers with their choice of orange juice, pineapple juice or watermelon juice for just $7. For $1 more, guests can add a topper of their favorite Catalyst flavored seltzer such as Big Stick Energy, Frambo, Neon Palms or Purple Rain. Red Sangria will also be available for $5 during brunch. The following specials will be offered during brunch, all day on Sundays and during Monday night football from 5 p.m. to close: $5 32 oz.
