Kitty Yoga supports the Humane Society of Northern Virginia powered by A3P (Advocates for Abused and Abandoned Pets). The kittens and cats will roam freely while we do yoga. After yoga, there will be time for play, snuggles, and tour of the space! BYOM (Bring your own mat). Must arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the event starts. An email will be sent for parking instructions. Kitty Yoga with Abate Wellness (https://www.abatewellness.com/) supports A3P (https://www.humanesocietynv.org/).
