Carly Kane and Rima Parikh at Zanies Chicago
Carly Kane is a queer writer, actress and stand-up currently based in New York. She started comedy in Chicago where she was featured in NBC Breakout Festival in 2019. In LA, she was a part of Funny or Die’s lab at Dynasty Typewriter in 2022. She’s performed all over the country and has produced a variety of shows from The Blackout Diaries, a critically acclaimed story telling show to The Big One, a successful monthly comedy show out of her backyard. You can find her telling jokes throughout the city in clubs, bars, basements, and on the phone with her Mom.
Rima Parikh is a standup comic and writer in New York by way of Chicago. She has performed at festivals around the country. She is a former contributor to Cards Against Humanity and current headline contributor at The Onion. Her work has appeared in The New Yorker, McSweeney’s, Reductress, ClickHole and more.
