CARING FOR THE CAREGIVER
The meeting centers on strengthening caregivers through God’s Word, prayer, and Christ‐like compassion. Each session aims to renew hope, reduce stress, and remind caregivers that they are not alone in their journey.
What We Covered
A brief devotional to set a peaceful, Christ‐focused tone
Discussion on the challenges caregivers face, including fatigue, guilt, and emotional strain
Practical, faith‐based strategies for maintaining spiritual and emotional health
Open sharing time where attendees encouraged one another through personal stories and prayer
Fellowship & Support: Participants engaged in warm, uplifting conversations, offering mutual support and understanding. The atmosphere was reflective, compassionate, and spiritually refreshing.
Closing & Next Steps
We ended with a prayer for strength, peace, and renewed purpose.
The group meets weekly, and all caregivers—current or former, single moms or anyone that needs it are welcome to join for continued encouragement and support from a Christian community.
