Career Carnival For Kids FREE Event
With fabulous apple orchards, corn mazes, and other autumn attractions, Chester is the place to be when the leaves turn. Now there’s yet another great reason to visit: Career Carnival for Kids will hold its next career discovery event on Sunday, October 16 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at the Chester Library.
This exciting Career Carnival is free and open to all.
Career Guides from Breakaway Prep – Morristown and Randolph, The Fania Roofing Company, Visions Federal Credit Union, Knight’s Automotive Repair, Drayer Physical Therapy Institute, Modern Acupuncture Florham Park, New York Life – Andrew Nieves, AHS Goryeb Children’s Hospital, Sebak and Monner Associates CPA Firm, NJ Aviation Education Council and the Morris County Sheriff’s Office will be among the companies and organizations sharing hands-on activities, demos, games, and giveaways to spark career curiosity among elementary and middle school students.
There will also be plenty of fun for younger and older kids, as well as parents, educators, and anyone with an interest in the wide world of work.
Explore occupations with a focus on the outdoors with Morris County Mosquito Control and Shade Tree, engage with engineers from Langan, AWWA, ASCE, and HNTB, and meet the Chester Police and other first responders who keep our communities safe. Challenge your problem-solving skills with Math Imagined, and then check out the awesome opportunities to pursue these and other interests through Morris County 4H.
