He might not be Steve Rogers, but Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) is officially flying high as the new Captain America. Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross (Harrison Ford) is also celebrating a promotion from general to president, but a meeting between the two goes massively off the rails and Sam is embroiled in the middle of an international incident. Now it’s up to Cap to find the mysterious leader behind the attack while the president tries to control his extremely hot temper.
CAPTAIN AMERICA: BRAVE NEW WORLD is the Falcon’s first feature-length outing since taking over for Steve and it has all the physics-defying shield action you could ever want. Mackie is phenomenal as the captain, paying homage to the OG super soldier while making the role his own. Plus, Ford turns into a red-hot rage monster, which is pretty much the greatest thing a movie can have.
