Canje x ChòpnBlọk Collaboration Dinner & After-Party
Canje, the award-winning modern Caribbean restaurant from Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group in Austin, and ChòpnBlọk, the acclaimed fast-casual West African concept in Houston, are joining forces for a special culinary collaboration in Austin, celebrating West African heritage in the Caribbean.
On Wednesday, July 9, Chef Tavel Bristol-Joseph, partner of Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group, will host Chef Ope Amosu at Canje for a one-night-only event featuring several special collaboration dishes that reflect each chef’s personal stories and culinary roots, in addition to Canje’s regular dinner menu. Reservations for the Canje x ChòpnBlọk Austin collaboration night are available on OpenTable from 5 to 10 p.m.
Following dinner, guests are invited to an exclusive after-party at Canje, featuring specialty cocktails and lively music by DJ Kurupt until midnight.
