Candlelight Vigil
DVAC’s CEO, Monique Ibarra, will say a few words to honor the victims and then we will light our candles. For safety purposes, these will be LED lights, which DVAC will distribute.
As the sun sets, we hope to have all candles illuminated at 6:00 p.m., or sooner, if it is dark enough outside. Then partcipants can place their candles on the lawn, creatng a large heart shape on the grass.
To all victims of domestic violence: We will remember you.
