Campus Kids Day: Back to School Bash Presented by Corewell Health
It’s time to get ready to gear up for the school year in style. The next edition of Campus Kids Day presented by Corewell Health is bringing a Back to School Bash to Campus Martius Park that’s all about fun, family and fresh starts. Hosted by the Downtown Detroit Partnership, this lively event is the perfect way to kick off the school year with a bang.
This month, the park will transform into the ultimate back-to-school party, filled with free activities and live stage performances featuring Motor City Street Dance Academy, Sowande Keita Youth Drummers and Dancers and Chinese Music Youth Ensemble and more. Attendees can groove to the beats spun by DJ Invisible, soak up end-of-summer vibes and enjoy epic lawn games.
Thanks to partner Corewell Health, the first 200 kids will score a free backpack, ideal for starting the school year off right. And the fun doesn’t stop there. Attendees can get creative with Make and Take crafts like custom bracelets and backpack tags and they can also pick out a new favorite story in the book giveaway.
