Camp Lenoir: Making Eggless Pasta with Chef Ricky Christiansen
Join Chef Ricky Christiansen for a hands-on class learning to make, shape and cook eggless pastas like Cavatelli, Trofie and Spaghetti alla Chitarra. You’ll also make pecan pesto and get to reap the rewards of your work with new skills and full bellies.
This is a small class environment, great for friends, family and sparkling conversation. A selection of food & beverages will be available for purchase during the event.
