Calling all Boston Globe crossword enthusiasts
The 2025 Boswords Summer Tournament, sponsored by Boston Globe Games, will take place Sunday, July 27, 2025, at The Roxbury Latin School. Doors open at noon, with the main competition running from 1–6 PM, both in person and online. Participants work through four expert-crafted puzzles across individual and pairs divisions, with student friendly and discounted fee tiers ($50 in person individual, $30 online).
The event draws a competitive field, offers prizes in expert, amateur, and pairs categories, and channels part of the proceeds to charity.
