During the ceremony, you’ll be guided into a heart-centered space through the energy of Cacao. The circle starts with an introduction to ceremonial cacao and the Mayan calendar. Then, we drink a cup of cacao followed by a meditation & sound journey intentionally crafted to give you space for inner exploration.
