Join us for Build Your Bones, a 7-week educational series with a lecture, cooking demos, and sample recipes designed to help you improve and maintain bone health. Whether you’re looking to prevent osteoporosis or manage it better, this program covers essential topics like:
✅ Basics of osteoporosis
✅ Tests for diagnosing & medications
✅ Tips for healthy eating and important nutrients for strong bones
✅ Fall prevention & balance exercises
✅ Safe movement with osteoporosis
