Bubbler Foundation Festival
Join the Bubbler Foundation for our annual Bubbler Foundation Festival day of fun, food, music, and fireworks on Sunday August 31st, 2025 from 12pm - 4pm at South Middleton Park. Last year, we had over 1,000 join in the festivities. This year, we have our Kids Zone inflatables, a Zip Line, face painting, bubbles from our bubble machine, fire trucks and police cars for the kids plus plenty of delicious food from local vendors. Attendees can enjoy FREE snow cones! A live band will provide music from the pavilion for all everyone to enjoy. We will also have our Rubber Ducky Regatta at 3pm where hundreds of rubber ducks are released into the creek and the fastest ducks will win prizes for their owners. Duckies will be available to purchase at the Foundation Pavilion. Make sure you get a duck for yourself or a Quack Pack of 5 for your family.
At Dusk, the fun continues at the Boiling Springs High School Football Field for our 17th annual Fireworks Display! The complex will open at 6:30pm.
This entire day of events is made possible by donations of many businesses, individuals, and local clubs throughout the Carlisle area. Everything is FREE except for the food. The Bubbler Foundation would love to have everyone take advantage of this wonderful day, so stop by with friends, family, and neighbors and have fun!
