Brunch In Celebration of Women's History Month
In celebration of International Women's Month, join Chef Hsing Chen as she welcomes friends and Chicago's most notable female chefs for a special brunch at Andros Taverna.
Chefs Genie Kwon (Kasama), Vicki Kim (Mott Street) and Mindy Segal (Mindy's Bakery) will create a brunch item inspired by their heritage. Rounding out this group of exceptional chefs is special guest Dalia Čepenas, the mother of Andros Taverna Executive Chef Linas Žymantas!
Highlights include:
- Traditional Chinese Bolo Bao with farm butter (Hsing Chen)
- Korean breakfast bowl (Vicki Kim)
- Ube Gateau Basque (Genie Kwan)
- Laminated Brioche with Brisket (Mindy Segal)
Guests can enjoy bottles of California sparkling brut from Une Femme, a collection of women winemakers that give back. Andros Taverna will also be donating a portion of brunch proceeds to WOMANKIND Worldwide.
