This in-person event will be held at the Sunshine Cathedral, a perfect venue to embrace the holiday spirit. In a concert of music ranging from beloved holiday classics to contemporary tunes, our talented performers will deliver a memorable musical experience that will leave you feeling merry and bright. Broward Women’s Chorus has been performing in and around Broward County since 1972. Broward Women’s Chorus enriches the cultural lives of the residents of Greater Broward County through choral performances that bring joy to its audiences and that inspire the dedicated and talented members of the choral group. We’ve been entertaining residents of nursing homes and assisted living facilities, as well as performing in public venues. Its members are volunteers, directed and accompanied by very talented professional musicians. Our director is Birgit Fioravante and our accompanist is Carolyn Morgan, both highly accomplished in their fields. New members are always welcome at Broward Women’s Chorus. We develop and rehearse two new shows each year. Your love of singing is the only requirement for membership! You’ll learn a lot and make new friends! Rehearsals are held each Wednesday, 10am to noon, September to May at Sunshine Cathedral, 1408 SW 9th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale. Visit a rehearsal or attend one of our concerts.
