Broken Shaker Miami Summer BBQ Series: Japanese Izakaya
Broken Shaker Miami, award winning cocktail bar located within Freehand Miami is hosting a Summer BBQ on Saturday, August 16 for a one-night culinary takeover with Bangkok-based Chef Alonso Zarate & Honduran Chef Guillermo Caceres. The chefs will be serving up a Japanese Izakaya-style menu, with flavorful and unique BBQ dishes. Specialty cocktails will be crafted by Volcan Tequila, with vibes curated by hippie rave artist, Dude Skywalker, from 6 PM until sell out. Grazzia Project will also be onsite for flash tattoos to all guests. The event is open to the public – no tickets needed.
