Workshop Description:
This one-hour Breathwork for Beginners workshop is designed to teach you the basics of conscious breathing techniques that promote relaxation, stress relief, and emotional balance. Whether you’re looking to reduce anxiety, manage daily stressors, or simply reconnect with yourself, this session will guide you through foundational breathwork practices in our brand new Cranberry salt cave, creating a supportive and calming environment. No prior experience is needed—just an open mind and a desire to explore the power of your breath.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the basics of conscious breathing and how it impacts emotional and physical well-being.
- Learn foundational breathwork techniques for relaxation, stress relief, and emotional balance.
- Develop awareness of how breath can be used as a tool for managing anxiety and daily stressors.
- Cultivate mindfulness and presence through breath-focused exercises.
- Build confidence in using breathwork practices independently in daily life.
Workshop Format:
- Introduction to the science and benefits of breathwork.
- Guided breathwork session featuring various conscious breathing techniques, along with explanations of their specific benefits and applications.

- Wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement.
