Journey into your inner pharmacy, where healing and ease come to the surface with the guidance of Nicoletta:
In this offering, the focus will be on harnessing the power of breath and engaging the body in somatic practices to release stored emotions, tension, and stress. Through guided breathwork, you will learn techniques to deepen your connection with your body, alleviate anxiety, and foster emotional healing. Combined with somatic healing, this practice aims to bring awareness to the body’s sensations, allowing you to release trauma and move toward greater physical and emotional well-being.
Schedule of the evening:
30 minute somatic work
15 minute introduction to the Breathwork practice
45 minute breathwork session
30 minutes integration process

Nicoletta grew up in a family impacted by mental illness and addiction. In her search for healing her loved ones she discovered breathwork, which became a transformative tool in her life. Her passion led her to open Chameleon Breathwork, serving the Felton community for the past year. With a background in neurolinguistic programming, neuroscience, and somatic healing, Nicoletta has spent the last seven years guiding others through their own healing journeys. Known for helping people tap into their inner pharmacy, she has witnessed remarkable self-healing transformations and is dedicated to guiding others toward a new reality, empowerment, and personal freedom.
