In this nutrition workshop, Dr. Axtell will discuss intermittent fasting and best foods to start the day. Think beyond energy-zapping bagels and cereal!
You will sample nourishing breakfast foods and also go home with plenty of recipes to make a daily healthy breakfast achievable & sustainable.
