Brave Wings Pediatric Therapy Center Now in Fairfield, NJ
Fairfield, NJ, November 2023 – Brave Wings Therapy, an integrative, multidisciplinary pediatric practice specializing in speech therapy, feeding, occupational therapy, baby feeding, and autism support services, proudly announces the opening of a new location in New Jersey. The brand new office, conveniently located at 155 Passaic Avenue in Fairfield, is fully-renovated and will offer current services in addition to being the home to the Brave Wings Academy, a therapeutic preschool for autistic children. The grand opening and ribbon cutting is scheduled for November 8th, 2023 at 1 pm.
Brave Wings therapists are highly trained in various therapeutic techniques which include PROMPT, sensory integration, body work/CST, SOS Approach to Feeding, Oral Placement Therapy, TOTs/Myofunctional Therapy, AAC, Infant Feeding, and Voice Therapy. The staff strives to provide quality, child-centered, specialized therapy for babies and children of all ages and abilities all while having fun.
“We are excited to expand our practice in this beautiful space and to offer our services to the families in Fairfield and the surrounding communities,” said Co-Owner Naomi Sutton.
The Brave Wings Academy is an integrative preschool program designed specifically to support neurodiverse children in developing the skills to navigate the world around them while growing as the unique individuals they are. The child-centered, strength-based program uses the scientific principles of learning in order to effectively teach functional life skills, communication, and overall independence.
“Our Brave Wings Academy is overseen by our collaborative team and assures each child receives a unique developmental intervention approach,” said Co-Owner Dr. Jennifer Moore. ”Our multidisciplinary program also provides many experiential activities such as yoga, art, music, sensory play, food play, and gross motor interactions in order to foster opportunities for recreation, education, and therapeutic play.”
