Optum Community Centers are neighborhood hubs for local seniors 55 and older to gather with friends – both old and new – in a shared journey of physical and social well-being. The centers provide interconnected, wrap-around services that are free and open to people over 55. With 7 locations throughout the Phoenix metro area and Tucson, the Optum Community Centers are helping our seniors stay physically active, socially engaged, mentally stimulated, and emotionally supported. To participate, come to Optum and fill out a general liability waiver and sign in for the class using our kiosk.
