This annual, crucial and instrumental fundraising event will provide the necessary tools the organization needs to help empower local youth achieve their full potential. Louis and Gloria Flanzer dedicated their lives to philanthropy and believed deeply in the responsibility to support and strengthen the communities around them.
Originally from New York, Louis and Glorida first fell in love with Sarasota during a business trip in the 1970s. They went on to spend decades living on Longboat Key, becoming connected to the people and organizations that make our community special.
