Bootleg Dan Presents: The Midnight Callers, Freeloader, Rattle Bones
THE MIDNIGHT CALLERS are a New York City power pop band channeling a vintage sound with a modern flair. Their debut album, Red Letter Glow, was released in 2020 to critical acclaim and was followed by Rattled Humming Heart in 2023. Their songs “41 Miles to Roscoe” and “New York Tramp” have been selected by Little Steven as the Coolest Song of the Week on Little Steven’s Underground Garage.

FREELOADER is a Boston rock band. Singer/guitarist Nat Freedberg (The Upper Crust, Flies, Titanics) writes the songs, Charles Hansen (Gymnasium) plays lead guitar, Jim Janota (also Upper Crust, as well as Bags, Lyres) plays drums, and John Sheeran (Township, Andy California) is the bassist. They've released two albums on Rum Bar Records. The songs and players are top notch.

RATTLE BONES, Pittsburgh's newest hitmakers! This is the latest project from Gary Martin (The Claws, from L.A.), Eric Rodger (Royal Honey, from Pittsburgh), and Tom Hohn (ex-The Cynics). Imagine Petty meets the Gun Club with a bit of 70's Stones.
