Book Launch and Reception: Jennifer Hayden, "Where There's Smoke, There's Dinner"
This slyly funny graphic memoir combines ironic recipes with wry observations about cooking and about how this "woman whose comics earn rave reviews but whose meals earn shrugs" approaches the expectation that every woman is required to cook.
Jennifer will read from and sign her book. Join us after the reading for celebratory Prosecco and some nibbles based on the book's recipes, courtesy of Top Shelf Publications. Free and all are welcome.
