Board's Choice Group Art Show - Opening Reception
Board Choice offers a rare glimpse into the personal artistic vision of the people who guide Ave 50 Studio on Fig — the current and emeritus members of its Board of Directors. Each Board member has selected two artists whose work they admire, creating an exhibition that is at once a celebration of the artists represented and a portrait of the collectors, advocates, and community leaders who have shaped the gallery's 25-year history.
The result is a group exhibition that reflects the breadth and depth of the Board's collective taste — work chosen not by curatorial committee or market trend, but by personal admiration and relationship. It is, in the fullest sense, an act of advocacy for the artists they love.
