Bloom & Shine – UV Resin Jewelry with Pressed Flowers
Whether you're new to resin or looking to explore a new creative technique, this beginner-friendly class will guide you through the process of encapsulating delicate botanicals into a glasslike resin “window” as a stunning, wearable keepsake.
With nearly a decade of experience crafting whimsical floral resin art, your instructor, Val of Everly Enchantments (Instagram.com/everlyenchantments) will teach the basics of working with UV resin, including how to:
- Properly layer, cure, and demold UV resin Carefully place dried flowers and other decorative elements.
- Avoid common resin mistakes and achieve a flawless finish
- Assemble your pendant into a wearable silver or gold necklace
By the end of the class, you'll have a one-of-a-kind floral pendant on a chain—a perfect reminder of the beauty of spring!
Byob~snacks and elixirs welcome to keep the magical spirit alive!
Wear your maker’s best (nothing you are too attached to although you will likely be just fine). It’s a play clothes and positivity kind of day!
Materials are provided for every bit of sparkling joy. Activity best suited to adults and age 12+ accompanied minors.
