Blessing of the Animals Celebration, Saturday, October 4, 2025, St. Clement's Episcopal Church Tampa
Blessing of the Animals is a 38-year tradition at St Clement’s: a festive day when people & pets party together. Bring a pet. Adopt a pet. Each will receive a blessing and St. Francis medal. Each family will receive a Prayers for Pets booklet.
Enjoy the food court and a delicious lunch under cooling grandfather oaks or in air-conditioned comfort. Shop vendors and an abundant Basket Benefit. Light a candle to remember a beloved pet. Get training in Pet CPR and First Aid.
Kids will love the many animals, the Frog Talk & Walk, and Face Painting. The whole family will delight in the five creative Selfie Stations.
All are welcome. Event and parking are free.
Want to get an early start on the fun? Don’t miss Vlad’s Early Bird Oktoberfest Breakfast – delicious German-inspired fare served from 9 to 11 AM – with treats for pets, as well, of course.
Animal rescue organizations are most welcome. Sponsorship opportunities are available, as
