Step into a night of history, music, and storytelling with Wilbert McAlister aka "Cowboy," the legendary president of the Oakland Black Cowboy Association (OBCA). Mr. McAlister is a living testament to the rich, often untold history of Black cowboys in America as well as the lead singer of local favorite band, Cowboy and His Sometimes Blues.

With his powerful vocal talent and strong personal charisma, Aaron Vance is a compelling musical artist, confident and comfortable in his own skin. He will be performing favorites from his latest albums: "Talk of the Town" (2014), "My Own Way" (2017) and "Cabin Fever" (2021).
