The Gary Public Library will host its annual Black History Month Program, Friday, February 23, from 3-5pm at the Main Library, 220 W. 5th Avenue. The program is free and open to the public. This year’s theme is African Americans and the Arts.
Mr. Robert L. Buggs will be the guest speaker. The program will also feature entertainment, refreshments, local vendors and authors available to meet and greet in the Study Area. Vendors and authors interested in participating can contact 219-886-2484 ext. 306. Space is limited.
