Enjoy an after-hours gallery tour beginning at 5:30 pm followed by a 4-course dinner at 6:30pm. The Bistro fare is inspired by Florida’s regional fruit stands and farmer’s markets, and emphasizes local produce, healthy proteins and artisanal specialty items. This month’s menu is inspired by Sarasota Art Museum’s exhibit, Beautiful Ideas: The Prints of Sol LeWitt and features:
Amuse Bouche: Black Sesame Crusted Scallop with Ratatouille Purée and Charcoal Tuile
Appetizer: Summer Melon Salad with Watermelon, Tuscan Cantaloupe, Santa Claus Melon, Goat Cheese, and Preserved Lemon Vinaigrette
Entrée: Succotash and Shrimp Bucatini with Blackened Shrimp, Corn, and Basil
Dessert: Apricot Panna Cotta with Peach Brûlée, Corn Cookie Leaf, and Yuzu
