Biorhythms: Interactive Rhythmic & Sound Attunement
Shamans have used drums and rhythmic entrainment for centuries for healing, and this session will build on this ancient tradition to recalibrate your nervous system and promote holistic healing. Explore the powerful synergy of ancient traditions and modern innovation through both immersive listening and hands-on participation. Tom intuitively weaves global percussion, overtone-rich instruments, and meditative vibrations into a dynamic soundscape designed to foster connection, inner harmony, and holistic healing.

Bring a yoga mat or blanket for comfort (optional seating available) & an open heart and mind for an immersive sonic experience.
Space is limited to ~25 participants with mats.
