Every spring, on the first warm rainy night, the mole salamanders emerge from their hidden homes to make the long journey to the vernal pool to reproduce. Join us for a night hike to the vernal pool to look for migrating salamanders. The evening will end with a campfire and a reading of the beautiful story “Big Night for Salamanders” by Sarah Lamstein.
