    09/21/2025 06:00 AM 09/21/2025 04:00 PM America/Anguilla Bicycles Battling Cancer The American Cancer Society's Bicycles Battling Cancer event, will be held this year on September 21, 2025 at the YMCA Camp Lowe in Lancaster, MA. Bicycles Battling Cancer riders are taking action to end cancer as we know it, for everyone. Our mission is the reason we all come together to ride. The funds our riders raise provide free rides to treatment, free stays in our Hope Lodge, and invaluable around-the-clock support and information for cancer patients and their caregivers. We welcome all interested riders to join us this year for their choice of 30, 50, 63 or 100 mile route. We had such a great time at last year’s event and are excited to build on that momentum!
