Beyond Beaujolais Nouveau
Beaujolais Nouveau is a French tradition, easy to remember since it is always the Thursday before Thanksgiving. Kind of preseason for Holidays. The tasting will focus on wines from the Beaujolais region. A wine expert will present the wines, and the specificities of the vineyard of Beaujolais. Wine lovers, this is your day!

The homemade buffet features paté, gougères (savory puff pastries), cheese and bread tray, mushroom tarts, brie and caramelized onion palmiers, roasted potato salad. On the sweet side: chocolate tarts and canelés.
