Bethlehem Cave and Nativity Museum guided tour, fun activities in the Bethlehem Market: Dec. 10, 1PM
Experience the birthplace of Jesus. Visit the Bethlehem Cave, a replica of the cave where Jesus was born in Bethlehem. View hundreds of Nativities from all over the world and made from a variety of materials. Go on a scavenger hunt in the Nativity Museum. Come to the Bethlehem marketplace and visit the stalls where costumed shopkeepers provide an experience with items that might have been found at the time of Jesus. There are opportunities to grind herbs, weave a mat, make jewelry, form an oil lamp from clay, or play a game popular among the children of the Holy Land. At the food stall, taste samples of food common to the people of Bethlehem. Dress in costume for pictures in a life-size manger scene. $3:00 per person. Pre-registration is required.
