Chefs Silvia Andaya and Adolfo Aguilar and Sous Chef Daniel Torres will be presenting a 5-course meal, featuring robust and thoughtfully crafted dishes ranging from a Hamachi aguachile to a three-cheese pumpkin and poblano ravioli to a flavorful lamb and mole plate. Guests will be offered cocktail pairings crafted specifically for each course, as well as a variety of mezcal pours from our good friends, Madre Mezcal. Live music will accompany the dinner, creating an uplifting and intimate setting that everyone is sure to enjoy!
