BELL TOWER WILL HOST ‘CLIPS FOR CANCER & TOUCH-A-TRUCK’
Bell Tower, a landmark shopping, dining and entertainment destination centrally located in Fort Myers, Florida (www.belltowerfl.com), invites the community to its annual “Clips for Cancer & Touch-a-Truck” events on Saturday, September 20th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The inspiring Clips for Cancer event will take place in the Dave & Buster’s Courtyard, where pediatric cancer survivors will shave the heads of local leaders, first responders, and supporters to raise awareness and funds for Barbara’s Friends, the cancer fund at Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida. In addition to the powerful head-shaving tradition, families can enjoy a full lineup of interactive activities – including a Touch-a-Truck experience in the parking lot near DaRuMa where kids can explore emergency vehicles, hands-on arts and crafts, a foam pit, stilt walker performances, appearances by Disney princesses and superheroes, and a bubble house. Both events take place simultaneously and are free of charge and open to the public. Proceeds from Clips for Cancer support children battling cancer and their families.
